During 2018 we had 1050 no-show appointments which resulted in us losing the equivalent of £21,000. As you can imagine, to run an efficient and viable business it is vital that we fill as many appointment slots as possible.
If you do not turn up for your appointment, or do not give us enough notice that you are cancelling, we cannot fill your slot.
Therefore, during 2019 we will be much more rigid with the following policies.
Non-Refundable Booking Fee Policy
To secure an appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required. This fee will be discounted off the final cost of your treatment on the day. Payment is made when you initially book, and can be by PayPal or bank transfer (if over the phone/online) or also by cash/card in person if you prefer. Any booking fee payments not made will result in the cancellation of your appointment. This is not always personal and may just be down to the service you have booked or the length of time of your appointment therefore please do not take offence if asked.
24 Hour Cancellation Notice Policy
24 hours’ notice is required for any clients that need to cancel/change appointments. If you cannot provide this notice it will result in the loss of your booking fee.
Salon Etiquette
Please arrive at your appointment on time. If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate you, however please note that the time may need to come out of your allocation if we are booked up.
Due to our insurance, pets are not allowed. Children are allowed if receiving a service. Also, our waiting area is not the biggest and is intended for clients, therefore please refrain from bringing along friends and family members for the duration of your appointment.
